Advanced Digital Asset

the user to adhere to the structure. This is managed by user and group
policies, together with the categories setup within the system. The
system provides mechanisms for image upload; download; and modification
of images on the fly. All assets that loaded into the digital library
must be of a suitable quality to ensure that when they are used and
re purposed for the various multi channel publishing avenues open.

locate assets located in the system. As time passes the system is
likely to have many assets loaded to various categories.
The system offers two methods for searching for assets. Data associated
with the assets like the asset name, description, or any asset metadata
is searchable from both methods.
