TELSTRACLEAR
Norcross were appointed to provide print management
for all of the Business and Residential marketing work for TelstraClear.
TelstraClear had been using a variety of print brokers and design
agencies. The bulk of the printed stock was being stored and distributed
from TelstraClear's Head Office. TelstraClear had experienced challenges
with obsolescence and wastage of their ever-changing service and
product offerings.
Decreased supplier numbers and reduced document
flow through
TelstraClear's systems ensured that TelstraClear realised significant
hard and soft cost savings.
With the Norcross system, TelstraClear
received a more focused service with key account management from
Norcross interacting with their design agencies, handling all of the
printing
from disc stage right through to production, storage, distribution
and reporting. Stock turns have been optimised as to the economies
of scale in run quantities and unit costs.
Norcross were successful
in obtaining the balance of the TelstraClear account including all
of the general office stationery, letterheads etc. after tendering
against 28 other companies.
The system was then automated utilising
e://volution E-Business Limited’s e-procurement tool called
Siteworks. TelstraClear's various fulfillment partners were also
bought online to procure product. This has resulted in even further
processing
efficiencies. Norcross perform quarterly review meetings with TelstraClear
to report progress, measure key performance indicators and discuss
general operating efficiencies.
We catalogue all of their printed
items to enable the branches to draw stock on a 'just in time' basis.
We provide management reporting online real time highlighting of
stock movement by product, by branch, by dollar value and stock
trends.
