Norcross Printing Group has established a reputation for being environmentally conscientious, creating initiatives in caring for the environment, the community and the people who work with us.

Since 1997 Norcross Printing Group has adopted cleaner production processing which has resulted in vast improvements in reducing our impact on the environment. We have developed our “GREENPRINT” program which has been accredited by the Auckland and Waitakere City Councils, to assist us and our clients in identifying environmental improvement areas within our own production procedures and with our clients procurement practices.

This way we ensure that issues such as waste, emissions and handling of harmful chemicals for our personal are minimised.

Inks
Three ink types are available to print clients material with. Standard Offset Ink has a high level of petroleum hydrocarbons, Soy-Based Vehicle with Offset Ink Compounds have a lower level of aliphatic hydrocarbons and Soy-Based Offset Ink has no hydrocarbons and a V.O.C. level of less than 1%. Norcross Printing Group can assist your organisation by creating colour draw-downs using soy-based inks that can closely match current performance characteristics.
