Stock Management, Print Management & cost effectiveness
All orders for products, once picked and packed, are generally
despatched that same day. Our logistics team operate a clear floor
policy on all orders received prior to our standard cut-off time of
2.30pm, with flexible, client/product specific options available for
urgent same-day order processing. This means that orders are generally
delivered within a 24 to 48 hour period.
Norcross is skilled in analysing stock usage, ordering
patterns and providing appropriate and cost-effective solutions to our
clients.
PALMTM (Pro-active
Advanced Logistics Management)
The Norcross Printing Group Account Management team pro-actively
monitors stock levels and stock movement, and together with our
logistics personnel, oversees the accuracy of inwards and outward stock
movements. This is part of our standard print management offering.
Norcrosss developed the PALMTM
system for the successful management of warehoused products. Stock
management reports are provided on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
This ensures timely procurement is maintained and sufficient
information is available to make informed product purchasing decisions.
Real-time print management information is available and our Account
Managers can
generate reports on one or multiple stock items on demand.
Reporting
Comprehensive inventory reports, plus any additional reporting
required, are available in printed format or by e-mail. All reports can
be personalised for your needs. These are all core areas of our Print

A formal Service Level Agreement with clearly defined measurement
criteria including the normal INFOTIS (In Full, On-Time, In
Specification) quality, stock rotation policies, price benchmarking and

account, and a communication sent to inform them.
Inventory Services
