print management

We provide New Zealand’s most comprehensive Full Service Print Management Solutions.

Print Management
The printing process can be long and complex, so we provide a service where we can take care of the whole thing for you. We bring together design, printing, print finishing to packaging, storage, inventory management, print management, distribution, and print supply chain consultancy into one service.

Benefits of a complete solution include:

  • Tailored services
  • Economies of scale
  • One point of contact, one point of responsibility
  • The Norcross values applied across the process (transparency, environmental awareness, customer focus)

Stock Management, Print Management & cost effectiveness
All orders for products, once picked and packed, are generally despatched that same day. Our logistics team operate a clear floor policy on all orders received prior to our standard cut-off time of 2.30pm, with flexible, client/product specific options available for urgent same-day order processing. This means that orders are generally delivered within a 24 to 48 hour period.

Norcross is skilled in analysing stock usage, ordering patterns and providing appropriate and cost-effective solutions to our clients.

PALMTM (Pro-active Advanced Logistics Management)
The Norcross Printing Group Account Management team pro-actively monitors stock levels and stock movement, and together with our logistics personnel, oversees the accuracy of inwards and outward stock movements. This is part of our standard print management offering.

Norcrosss developed the PALMTM system for the successful management of warehoused products. Stock management reports are provided on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This ensures timely procurement is maintained and sufficient information is available to make informed product purchasing decisions. Real-time print management information is available and our Account Managers can generate reports on one or multiple stock items on demand.

Reporting
Comprehensive inventory reports, plus any additional reporting required, are available in printed format or by e-mail. All reports can be personalised for your needs. These are all core areas of our Print Management strategy.

Measuring the service.
A formal Service Level Agreement with clearly defined measurement criteria including the normal INFOTIS (In Full, On-Time, In Specification) quality, stock rotation policies, price benchmarking and value added service measurement, account management, print management and support team access, service reviews, innovation and general satisfaction surveys.
Norcross implement a contract management, reporting and print management system to encompass the following areas:

  • Client contact details/contact management
  • Structured/calendered reviews
  • Documented value added information
  • Contract management information
  • Competitive analysis
  • Market analysis
  • Goals and incentives
  • Projects

Marketing
Going beyond print management our marketing system is a powerful marketing/CRM tool. Campaigns are easily targeted to the appropriate group or individual customer/agent.

A campaign can be a communication of any kind, or an activity.
For example, a communication can be sent via email, SMS or traditional mail to inform a particular group of customers/agents that an updated version of a product is now available OR a group or individual Customers/Agent can be identified and rewarded or communicated to for performing a particular action, such as – All customers/agents that spent $500 or more last month and purchased 100 4085N vehicle compliance certificates, will be awarded a 10% discount on their account, and a communication sent to inform them.
