What is SiteworksTM
SITEWORKSTM is the Norcross e-procurement system that has been designed
to enable a company to order from multiple suppliers with one user
interface over the Internet. This private exchange allows for closer
online relationships with suppliers.
The system will also manage and deliver your marketing, promotional,
printing and merchandising products to your customers efficiently
and cost effectively.
SITEWORKSTM allows you to administer who can purchase or order what,
when and how many. You can also see at any time, what stock is on hand,
who has ordered and received it, and when.

Features
•
Ease of ordering allowing staff the ability of secure remote web access
to quickly re-order or access a template list of frequency ordered
items resulting in improved execution and efficiency.
• Cut the cost of paperwork by eliminating paper purchase orders
and allow users to query order history which is retained online for
reference purposes.
• Eliminate rogue purchasing and direct users to preferred
suppliers therefore increasing “buying” power.
• Request for Quotation (RFQ) functionally allowing online
negotiation with suppliers which can automatically raise an order if
required.
• Track and report on expenditure against budgets or projects.
• Improve control and visibility to management via extensive
reporting and established budgets and levels of approval.
• Automated workflow for accelerating approvals, customised
to fit your organisation.
• Integration to your ERP financial system eliminating time
and error involved with data entry.
• End to end transaction processing with payment functionality
allowing automation of invoice approval.
The Norcross Printing Group have been deploying e://volutions SiteworksTM
into client environments since 1999. The system has been integral to
Norcross Printing Groups strategy of delivering the most cost effective print
procurement and supply chain in NZ.
The SITEWORKSTM system is risk adverse for clients, meaning
clients are not using multiple ordering sites. They have one ordering
system
which houses the catalogues of their preferred suppliers only, at
rates negotiated with those suppliers. The system belongs to the client
and
is run by e://volution, not Norcross.
The strategy is simple - printing is usually the largest supply
category, so it makes sense that Norcross assists clients to adopt
the SITEWORKSTM system.
